Cancellation Policy

Your deposit will apply towards your total payment for your skincare/makeover/Lash service. The remaining balance must be paid in cash as soon as the service is completed. Please do not bring any additional guests (i.e., friends, family members, or children) with you to your appointment (unless it is a group service or discussed in advance with the artist). * Please arrive at your scheduled time. Arriving late will limit the time of your scheduled appointment. If you do arrive late, you will incur a fee of $25. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule your appointment. Please keep in mind that the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be sure to do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be required to pay a no-show fee of %50 of the total cost of your appointment. If you fail to pay the cancellation fee, you will no longer be able to book any services with Epik Beauty. Last but not least, please come with a freshly washed face to your appointment, and make sure that eyelashes/skin are free of dirt, residue, or makeup, as the eyelash extensions will not adhere to dirty lashes. The lash tech will not be held responsible if the client fails to follow pre-appointment instructions. Excessive Lash fallout within 24 hours of your appointment is not normal; you should notify the lash tech within that time frame. Anything later than two days is the responsibility of the client, there will be no refunds or coupons, and the cost of the appointment to fix, redo, or fill in the eyelash extensions will be covered by the client. Booking and paying your deposit indicates you have read and agreed to the terms listed above. The location will be sent out to you 24 hours before your appointment.
